Hilmi currently serves as the President Director of Medco Energi International Tbk (IDX: MEDC), one of ​Indonesia’s largest energy companies. He successfully acquired second largest copper and gold mining fir​m Amman Mineral International Tbk (IDX: AMMN) from Newmont Corporation and brought the company public ​in 2023 as one of the largest IPO in Indonesian history. Hilmi also acquired U.S. oil giant ConocoPhillips’ as​sets in 2022 as one of the largest oil asset nationalization in the country. Hilmi holds a Bachelor of Enginee​ring in Geology from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He also holds Master of Business Administrati​on from Thunderbird University and Master of Science from Colorado School of​ ​Mines.

dr. H. Hendra Rini Dharsono, MPH - Senior Advisor

Rini is a distinguished medical professional with a wealth of experience in both clinical and administrative ​roles. Rini's career is marked by significant leadership roles in healthcare. She served as the Director of ​Melinda 2 Hospital, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the hospital's services and patient care ​standards. Prior to this, she was the Medical Support Manager at Hermina Hospital in Bandung. In addition to ​her hospital roles, Rini contributed to public health initiatives as an apparatus at the Dinas Kesehatan Kota ​Bandung, involved in shaping public health policies and programs to improve community health outcomes.

She earned her medical doctor from Universitas Padjajaran and later pursued a Master of Public Health f​rom the prestigious Johns Hopkins University.

Yusadha A. Panigoro - Managing Partner

Yusadha is a serial entrepreneur with previous experience as a Director at Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk,​ engaged in property improvement program (PIP) and management of hospitality business. Prior to that, he​ worked for CIMB Niaga corporate banking division and Bahana Sekuritas. Currently, he is also an owner of a​ power generation and HVAC rentals company, as well as a hospitality business. Yusadha is a Bachelor of​ Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.​

Abdul Barry - Managing Partner

Barry has an extensive knowledge and experience of managing a healthcare group. He served as CEO of ​Radjak Hospital Group in 2019-2023 after previously served as a Director for more than a decade. ​Currently, he manages Universitas MH Thamrin and is an active member of hospital industry association ​(PERSI). Barry got his diploma from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara and holds a master’s degree in ​hospital administration (MARS) from Universita​s​ Indonesia.

Ivan Indrapermana, CFA - Partner and CFO

Ivan has an extensive experience in capital market. He began his career in as an analyst at Bahana TCW ​Investment Management and head of research at AIA. He is a cofounder and CFO at Christmas Corporation, ​an investment management company and a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and ​Exchange Commission. Ivan is a self-taught programmer and data scientist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in ​accounting from Universitas Indonesia and is a CFA charterholder.

With 15 years of experience in founding, investing, and operating businesses, Hizrian began his ​venture at ​Raz Capital, Investing in palm oil plantation, coal mining, and real estate. Hizrian is an active investor in ​global stock market and alternative investments. Hizrian holds Bachelor of ​Economics in International ​Economics from Universitas Indonesia and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance ​from University of ​Queensland. Hizrian also holds Master of Science in Innovation from Singapore ​Management University and ​Executive Education in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Eduardus is an entrepreneur and investor with expertise in corporate finance, equity valuation, and portfolio ​management. He is the CEO of Christmas Corporation, an investment management company and a ​registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, founded in 2015. ​Eduardus began his entrepreneurial journey by founding a mobile app developer company and received ​Telkom Indigo Fellowship Award. He also advised on private equity dealings since 2016. Eduardus is a stock ​market investor since 2003 and is a pianist with special interest in jazz music. He holds a bachelor’s degree ​in economics from Universitas Indonesia.

Ika is a highly experienced healthcare professional with nearly three decades of expertise in hospital ​administration, marketing, and occupational health. She has held key leadership roles, most recently ​serving as Hospital Director at Radjak Hospital Salemba and Sentra Medika Hospitals, where she excelled ​in strategic planning, policy development, and operational management. Her leadership has consistently ​enhanced hospital performance in both revenue and patient care. Dr. Ika holds a Master's degree in ​Occupational Health from Universitas Indonesia and medical degree from Universitas Sriwijaya.

Endah Lestari

Endah has an extensive experience in operations and brand management across various industries. As COO ​of Lakuemas Indonesia, she spearheaded the expansion of gold trading services and forged key digital ​partnerships. Previously, as CEO of Kios Cipta Kreasi, an entertainment technology firm, she adeptly ​managed brand crises and led a successful pivot during the Covid-19 pandemic. She began her career at ​PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia and holds a Bachelor's degree from Universitas Indonesia.
